To ensure we can fulfill our commitment to our customers, all items are made to order. This means:

1. Production Start: Manufacturing will not begin until the entire pre-sale event has concluded.
2. Fulfillment Timeline: Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks after the pre-sale closing date for production, quality checks, and delivery to our warehouse.
